Sensors for IoT based Intrusion Detection System for forest Area

Dear All,

For my college project,I am working on Intrusion Detection System (IDS) for forest area for human and animal detection I am a newbie to this subject.So to implement it real time on my system I need some help regarding that.

I need to decide the intrusion sensor keeping following considerations in mind-

1) The wide and irregular surface area of forest
2) Human and animal detection
3) Frequent climate change
4) Less false alarm.

Kindly suggest me the best configurable sensors in the market most suited to above conditions.
