Error message on google cloud print?

Currently google cloud print shows all printers as being offline (even when they are not). I attempted to access google cloud enabler and got the following error message:

Missing X-CloudPrint-Proxy header.

Error 400

Try restarting your web browser and/or your computer

This is actually an issue with Google and not HP.It is most likely the website.Sometimes refreshing the page a few times will clear this message, sometimes it will clear up in 24 hours.If you where using a Mac or PC I would have suggested an alternate web browse

This is some technical problem in your printer or computer, so restart your PC or printer.
