Id like to scan a document to my chrome, and i already have a printer set up on Google cloud print, but I cant find any thing on how to scan it in to my Google drive. please help, I've tried looking on the cloud print support, forums, etc... I'm very desperate. please help.

Cloud print does not support scanning, but there are a few pretty good workarounds using your mobile device.
1. Google Drive
and
2. Evernote

It would be great if you tell me the way to use them
Thank you
If you don't know about Evernote. Check it out. It rocks, and its free. The Evernote mobile app on both platforms has built-in document scanning so that you photograph your document and it gets saves in searchable form in your Evernote. From your Chromebook, you can access your Evernote account using the web interface. Its really quite impressive.

Unless you have a scanner that actually says "scan direct to cloud", you'll have to get some scanning software to run locally and then upload the resultant images
